Stopped in for lunch while exploring Metz. Restaurant was right across from the cathedral. Everyone was extremely nice and sweet, good service. We both got the chef burger and I added a cappuccino. We absolutely loved the side salads that came with the burger and fries, burger was good, pretty pink inside. No complaints. Would recommend this restaurant!

We visited Cafe blondel for lunch while exploring Metz and it was great. The restaurant is pet friendly which was a plus as we had our 4 legged companion with us. The menu was not too vast but had everything we needed. We had a good staff member serving us as the one who was supposed to serve us was too rude and busy to do his job. I ordered the Veal cutlet which came with salad and fries, it tasted amazing! My better half had an amazing looking scampi and salmon salad with citrus fruits. Overall, great meal that didn't cost too much. Highly recommended!

Food was good and the prices reasonable for a double A-grade location. Nice view of the Market and the St. Etienne Cathedral. The service was excellent and very fast. Special complements for our waiter. He was a great guy, with good taste and a sense of humor.
